Gizmeup.com offers a 7-day money back guarantee from the day the product is delivered to you. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can simply return the item within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund of the order value; including the original shipping charges, if applicable at the time of purchase. You may return most new, unopened items sold by Gizmeup.com other than the ones mentioned below. All merchandise returned must be in new condition with original packaging and must include all accessories / freebie supplied.
The following items are excluded from our return policy for health, safety and fair use reasons:
- Products that are perishable in nature (Food items, chocolates, plants & flowers) .
- Mobile Phones and Electronics (including MP3 player).
- Any electronic item or gadget with a missing serial number or original seal missing.
- Jewellery (including body Jewellery),
- All Gift Certificates.
- Factory-sealed sports collectible sets.
- Any book, e-book, software, CD, DVD, VCD and video game.
- Health and personal care, and hygiene products including:
• Cholesterol monitors.
• Diabetic/glucose monitors
• Cosmetics, Perfumes, Fragrances and Deodorants
- Items on special or season promotions and stock clearance:
- The selling price of these items have been drastically reduced. In order to enable us to provide you with such savings, we do not accept returns of the items sold under promotion or stock clearance. The product description page will clearly state that you will not be able to return such item; unless it arrives in a damaged condition or is defective.
- Conditions for return:
- 1. Products/Items should be UNUSED. Soft furnishings, like bedsheets, duvets, pillows, etc. can only be returned if they are unopened.
- 2. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- 3. We regret that we will not be liable for refund for any item returned that are received by us in damaged condition or lost in transit.
- 4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
How to return your product?
• For return of the product please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at 011-41777047 who will guide you on the process for the same, before using the product, or write to us at our feedback section on gizmeup.com and we will get back to you.
• The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
• Refunds would be processed so as to reach the customer (if by cheque) or a credit to the credit card account within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt of returned product by Gizmeup.com or its business partner.
• Cheques will be made in favour of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
• For orders placed through Gift Certificates/vouchers of Gizmeup.com, refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate /voucher of the same value.
However, if any product is delivered that is not the same as per your original order or is delivered in a damaged condition, the same will be replaced by us at no extra cost.
